GENTLE MAT PILATES
Pre-Pilates and Level 1 moves to strengthen core, lower back and hips, as well as stretches to balance the spine. Props needed: Mat, Pillow, Towel, Strap/Tie; some classes may use small hand weights and a squishy ball.

SIT & FIT
Full body workout utilizing a chair. Includes cardio drills, strengthening with weights, standing strength, balance work and stretching. Appropriate for all levels and abilities. Props needed: High-Back Chair, Theraband, Small Hand Weights.

POSTURE & HIP STRENGTH
A 45-minute class to release tight areas including neck and shoulders and improve strength and flexibility in the back, hips and pelvis. Movements are done on the floor in supine, prone and side-lying positions. Some classes include standing balance work using a dining room chair. Props Needed: Theraband and/or loop band, squishy ball or pillow and towel.
WEDNESDAY | 5:15 pm to 6 pm
Learn to UNDO habitual harmful postural habits with the gentle Alexander Technique. Class includes self-observation and movement explorations designed to inform your movement and posture to release unnecessary tension and learn to move with more freedom and ease. Props: Chair with a back, Franklin Balls and a mat or carpeted floor.
